ANAMBRA DEPUTY SPEAKER COMPLETES SCREENING FOR HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Following his declaration to serve on a higher national assignment, Rt. Hon Chukwuma Pius Okoye, Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly and Member representing Awka South 2 Constituency,  on Monday, May 11, 2026, successfully completed his screening at the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abuja ahead of the forthcoming Primary Election for Awka North and South Federal Constituency.

He commended the leadership of APGA for conducting a peaceful, transparent and credible screening exercise in line with the democratic ideals of the party.

Rt. Hon Chukwuma Pius Okoye reaffirmed his commitment to effective representation, people-oriented leadership, youth empowerment, infrastructural development and the continued advancement of Awka North and South Federal Constituency.

With years of legislative experience and impactful service to the people, he remains focused, prepared and determined to deliver quality representation at the National Assembly.
