MEET SOLUDO’S COMMISSIONER NOMINEE FOR WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Arc. Okechukwu Innocent Ezeobi, FNIA, is a distinguished architect, builder, and project management expert with over 27 years of experience shaping Nigeria’s built environment. Born on July 13, 1970, he brings to public service a rare blend of technical depth, entrepreneurial vision, and an uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and Fellow of the Emergency, Crisis, Disaster Risk Management Institute, Ezeobi’s professional journey reflects consistent growth and impact. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Nigeria in 1994 and 1996, before obtaining a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Lagos in 2016. He is a registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Architects, and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and currently serves as a Board Member of ARCON. His pursuit of excellence also took him through Lagos Business School, where he is an alumnus.
Ezeobi’s career began in 1997 with AB.DT Partnership in Ibadan, after which he rose to Head Architect at Design Point Ltd/Interior Options in Lagos, and later Managing Partner at Tectonica Ltd. In 2003, he founded Dwellins International Ltd, an integrated architecture, construction, and furniture company which he led as MD/CEO for 14 years before becoming its Chairman in 2017. Under his leadership, Dwellins has delivered commercial, residential, and institutional projects across Nigeria, anchored on innovation, durability, and fine craftsmanship.
An architect, builder, interior designer, project manager, and wood furniture maker, Ezeobi is widely regarded as a team player whose work fuses aesthetic vision with engineering discipline. His expertise extends to crisis and disaster risk management in the built environment — a critical skill for 21st-century infrastructure delivery.
Nominated by Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo as Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Arc. Okechukwu Innocent Ezeobi, FNIA, offers Anambra State a nominee whose career has been defined by one motivation: Quality and Excellence. If confirmed, he brings to the Solution Government a proven capacity to deliver functional, sustainable, and people-centered infrastructure for a livable and prosperous homeland.
