The Mayor of Aguata Local Government Area, Dr. Chibueze Ofobuike, congratulates Mrs. Blessing Ukamaka Onuigwe on her emergence as President of the Anambra State Towns Unions Council (ASTUC), Women Wing.

Dr. Ofobuike describes her emergence as a reflection of her dedication, passion, and outstanding service to community development.
