QUEEN CHINYERE OPURUM CELEBRATES IMO AT 50, COMMENDS GOV. UZODIMMA FOR RENEWED COMMITMENT IN GOOD GOVERNANCE AND INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

With immense joy and gratitude, I join the good people of Imo State in celebrating the Golden Jubilee of our beloved state, fifty years of uncommon history, growth, and shared destiny.

I also want to thank His Excellency Gov. Hope Uzodimma , CON, for changing the narrative in people – oriented governance and inclusive leadership by spreading his developmental projects across the three senatorial districts in Imo.

This milestone reminds us of who we are as a people blessed with resilience, creativity, and a strong sense of community. It is also an opportunity to appreciate the vital contributions of women, youths, and community leaders whose dedication continues to strengthen the social and cultural fabric of Imo State.

As we mark this golden anniversary, I encourage Ndi Imo to uphold unity, peace, and mutual respect as we collectively work towards a future defined by opportunity, progress, and inclusiveness.

Happy 50th Anniversary to Imo State.
