“We have resolved to support and mobilize our households and communities use our PVC’s to elect You as the next senator of Owerri zone come 2027”,says the women the of Umunwoha Orogwe, Owerri west local government area in their August meeting 2027 which was attended by Dr Chima Mathew Amadi,APP Imo east senatorial candidate who has stood by the women in support of their community development initiatives.

In continuation of his grassroot community engagements on women, Mazi Chima Mathew Amadi PhD candidature received a major boost by reputable Umunwoha Orogwe Women organisation as he visited them at Orogwe Owerri west LGA, during their August meeting. He was warmly received and welcomed by the members, and he used the occasion to encourage the women to remain united, supportive of one another, and committed to the progress of their community. He also expressed his heartfelt support for the women and their August meeting 2027 appreciating their contributions to the growth and development of Orogwe and its communities. His presence further demonstrates his commitment to inclusive leadership, meaningful engagement, and staying connected with the people. Together, we can build a stronger, united, and prosperous Orogwe,and at large Owerri LGA. Dr appreciated the women for judiciously utilizing the #10 million he donated last year for the various community projects,and announced the further donation of #3 million to support them. He pledged to confer with the leadership of their association and commence the distribution of a revolving interest free loan to help the women expand their trade and businesses as well as open new ones that will economically uplift their various families.

Earlier in her keynote address,the secretary of Umunwoha Orogwe Women Barr.Mrs Ejiogu thanked Dr Amadi for his goodwill and unprecedented philanthropy across the state which has given succur to the down trodden and the less privileged in the society. She appealed to him to continue his good work in the payment medical bills of patients, tuition and and bursary to students in tertiary institutions as well as grants to businessmen, women, artisans and direct financial interventions to individuals and organisations,etc. Mrs Thelma Ejiogu eulogized the Senatorial hope of Owerri zone for his uncommon love and special attention to women and children, saying that they have not experienced something like this before.

As the August engagement train of Dr Chima Mathew Amadi moved to Emekuku,the dynamic women of Emekuku heartily welcomed the Umuekwene Ngor-Okpala born erudite scholar and renowned philanthropist thanked him for changing the tide in Owerri Zone nay Imo state, admonised him to remained faithful to his ideal of doing good and attacking poverty among the poor. The women paid a glowing tribute to Dr Amadi for his intimidating academic profile which stands him out as the best to represent Owerri zone at the red chamber of the national Assembly.

Mazi Gburugburu thanked the women for receiving him and his team in a special way and charged them to get prepared to use their civic rights to cause a change through the ballot come 16 January 2027. He promised to effectively represent Owerri zone and and effect a turnaround that will translate into tangible results that must touch them in no distant time. He donated huge sum of money to the Association to support their programmes, activities and development projects.

Dr Amadi was accompanied on the engagements by members of APP,supporters and members his campaign organization, including Hon chief Henry Onwukwe, Director-general,Barr.Dr.Uche Nwosu,Prince Ike Amadi,Chief Ugochukwu Duru,Dr.Brent Akomas,Engr Emeka Onwukwe, Hon Mrs Nneka Chukwu,Comrade Isidore Chukwuemeka,Hon Mrs May Obiyo,Comrade Obioma Onwuegbucha, Hon Cajetan Duke,Sir Dennis Nneji,Hon.mrs Ndidi Onyemaechi.
