ANSEC RETREAT: GOV. SOLUDO LAUNCHES “SOLUTION 2.0” WITH A BOLD ULTIMATUM TO CABINET

The administration of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has officially transitioned from foundational groundwork to a phase of Acceleration with Precision: tagged Solution 2.0.

At the just-concluded Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC) retreat, the Governor laid down a definitive roadmap for the cabinet, challenging every Commissioner and Permanent Secretary to visualize the end from the beginning.

Here are the strategic pillars defining this new governance era:

  1. The March 2030 Mandate (Begin with the End in Mind)
In an unprecedented charge, Governor Soludo instructed all cabinet members to write their future valedictory address for March 2030 today. By working backward from a vision of absolute success, we eliminate administrative drift and ensure every daily action aligns with our long-term legacy.

  2. Solution 2.0: Less Process, More Outcomes
The era of laying foundations is complete. Solution 2.0 is about rapid, targeted, and visible execution. We are cutting through bureaucratic delays to deliver high-impact, memorable legacy projects that citizens can see, feel, and touch.

  3. The Two Cultural Shifts (Value Reformation)
To achieve the “Vision 2070” goal of turning Anambra into a livable, prosperous smart megacity, we are driving two critical mindsets:
Enterprise-Driven Philosophy: Transforming our state into a commercial, inventive tech hub powered by local innovation.
Homeland Consciousness: Inspiring Ndi Anambra to invest, live, and build at home to ensure our economic growth is internally sustainable.

  1. A New Metric for Success

Our performance will no longer be measured by effort, but by impact. The new standard is clear: delivering achievements that at least 40% of the population explicitly agrees have significantly elevated their quality of life.
The mandate is clear, the timeline is aggressive, and procrastination is dead. We are fully aligned across all MDAs to deliver the Anambra of our dreams.
